Whenever I run the ping command I get the following error:

pinging °ÿ with 32 bytes of data

No matter what site that I attempt to ping I get this same error message.

When you get this error the winsock catalog has been corrupted and need to be reset.

You can do this by opening a command prompt and typing the following command:

netsh winsock reset catalog
Enter code here
