With all the different anti virus programs out there, how can you tell which one is the best? What's the difference between them all?

All the anti virus programs out there are okay. But here's the thing, the newer infections that have been coming out lately, specifically find ways around being blocked or detected by anti virus programs. Also, no one anti virus program can protect you from 100% of the infections out there. So whenever you get an anti virus program, you also need to get additional programs to help deter infection and hackers from bothering you.

Here's a list of the minimum you should run on your computer to help keep you protected.
1. Anti Virus Program
2. Anti Spyware / Adware
3. Anti Malware
4. Software Firewall

These will sometimes be enough to cause a hacker to go to the next, easier to infect computer, and leave you alone.

Make sure that you keep the programs that I've mention updated, as well as your Windows Operating System. And ALWAYS be aware, and pay attention to where you go and what you click on while using the Internet.
