Open IE Internet Options & Perform the following actions:
Clear Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History
Click on Settings and changed the Temporary Internet Files size to 250mb.
Then click on View Objects and deleted the files from the Downloaded Program Files (files not removed will be removed by the Bat file that will be created.
Go to Security tab
Reset security for Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, and Restricted Sites
(If the Reset all zones is available just click that)
Go to Privacy tab
Privacy settings set to default
Check to see if block popups was enabled
(If checked then moved on, if not make sure it is checked)
Go to Content tab
Cleared SSL State
Manage add-ons - disable unknown and spyware add-ons
Advanced tab
Restore advanced settings
Then Click Apply
Then go back up and hit Reset
