System Restore gives you an error when you attempt to start it:


Open regedit and navigate to the following:


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\SystemRestore

Delete the value DisableConfig
Delete the value DisableSR
Enter code here
