Task Manager (taskmgr) will not start:


Solution:

RESET PERMISSION TO TASKMGR

GOTO - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

DELETE DisableTaskMgr Value
